A transporter has not shown a bill of 19 lacs in March 2018 raised to another quarter .in both the returns . now what option is available with that transporter. how can it show the exempted bill in this September month.?

the bill is of sale bill. which is exempted under gst.
we have missed in both the returns 1 & 3b.
