we are selling bikes our showrooom and invoice value is more than 50000/- or 100000/- shall we to generate eway?
if as a supplier not generate Eway bill face any penalties as per Law.

An e-way bill is generally required for the movement of goods valued over ₹50,000. While many dealers do not generate e-way bills for "counter sales" where the customer drives the bike away themselves, it is legally safer to generate one for inter-state transactions or B2B sales to avoid potential penalties for non-compliance.
