WHETHER BUSINESS OR CONSIDER AS PROFESSION?

TURNOVER AROUND 10 LAKHS

It won't come under profession. are you into business of used bike selling or is it a one time activity?
if it's a business I think you can go with 09001

Check -The Provision for GST on Second Hand Used Goods without any alteration.
