one of my party purchase 12 Hero Honda bike and 12 tablets for their employees to provide service at different location can I claim 100% ITC on it?? Sec 15 (5) ??

Are these being used for delivery service?
No..but to provide services to customers...matter related to gas pipeline..
ITC will not be available.........
Why sir ?? as it is related with main business service??
It is specifically disallowed under section 17(5)
