There is no official notification saying 15-minutes is discontinued, so, in my view, its still applicable.

• Icai president CA G.RAMASWAMY has  made few imp announcement:

• stipend 4 article ship will be almost double in few days

• there will be a special programme 4 those students who are failing continuously

• 15 mins reading time in exams will be cont.

• And most important its confirmed that in a few days govt will sanction icai's proposal of graduates passed with 55% can directly join articleship

Please once go through the ICAI notification regarding 15-minutes provision for exam paper.

Perhaps u all do not aware about ICAI's procedure for the notifications that once notification is issued, it will continue till other notification of discontinuation, if any. so, let me say you that this 15 min extra time is still applicable as well.
