BIFURCATION OF INCOME
I had Dhaba business since beginning of the year i.e. April 2015 and building material supplier's work I started from Jan 2016, in ITR for FY 2015-16 m showing both business as mine. But from FY 2016-17 I want to show dhaba business as my father's income and my business as building material supplier only can I do this?? My father also manages dhaba sometimes.

The business gets transferred only when the ownership change....... not just by declaring/ not declaring in ITR

if your dhaba is in propriotership then start doing transaction in your father account any licence taken for that like trade licence then have to make that by name of father if there is no such type of licence then simply start txn in father account then you can file ITR of father by showing dhaba income .
