Better for Statutory Audit

Hello,
           I have most probably got placed in KPMG for articleship but yesterday i received a call from Ernst n Young too for interview . If i clear this interview, i am not sure where to join . Can anyone please tell as to where can i better learn Statutory Audit. i understand both are good, but in case of statutory audit, if out of the 2 any firm is better than the other then please discuss.
