I was a bit convinced with their argument.. they say that its hosted on high-end infrastructure with multiple levels of security.. they also take daily backups.. Their policy states that even their employees don't have access to the customer data. And we anyway trust Google with our confidential mails, reality is, Google employees can read any mail !

Busy is not online.. and ProfitBooks seem to have all these features..
Biggest advantage for me with ProfitBooks is, I can check it on my iPad. This is just too convenient.

I checked Wave Accounting. Didn't find it very comprehensive. There are lot of things that you can't do in it and it still feels like westernised. Its bet suited for US and Canada. Only good thing is its free.

I would still suggest you that you check ProfitBooks.net once.

This company does it all – invoicing (you can even send them to customers online), accounting, and reporting.  And the best part, is that it is free.  There are no costs for using Wave, and they maintain a business model similar to Mint, where they are paid through affiliate sales.  I’ve supported them since these affiliates also provide good deals on business related products.  If you are interested in an online accounting program, Wave Accounting is the best option to check out.

Can you confidently say that the Wave Accounting is suitable for Indian Accounting? Indian businesses need more than just an invoicing system. There are lot of sites that provide free invoicing. I would like to have more focus on Indian Taxation. While working on ProfitBooks.net, the first thing that I noticed was they have found a middle way - both accountants and non-accountants will feel at home while using it.

I checked Zoho Books.. did not find it useful.. it might be good for freelancers.. but definitely not fit for SMEs. Its very basic. So far I'm happy with ProfitBooks.
