Ive a doubt, please clarify...

in d underwritters liab question in paper.5, Firm Undertaking actual will be reduced from gross liab and the total of firm undertaking will also be added to gross liab in the given ratio.

Am i right in doing dis? Coz the question said there is no benefits to underwritters in the last sentence?
