there are no best or word property loan provider. Loan against property is something that most of the lenders are doing these days. it is a pretty run of the mill thing. just avoid those shday NBFCs. Rest any bank private or public or big NBFCs will do the trick for u.

Its not more of the bank but the people who you deal with matters ... as in if u have the rt people it can be difficult time irrespective of whetheryou are dealing with good or bad bank
