Benifit under section 80 d

Hi,

Me and my husband has taken mediclaim policy , in the details of Insured we have mentioned his name as first name and my name as second name .

I have paid premium from my account. However , as he is the policy holder receipt got generated on his name. Policy documnt also reflects my name on it  However , I have myBank statement clearly shows Insurance company name and premium amount.

Can I claim benifit under section 80D , please confirm urgently.
