Benefits for handicapped
There are two brothers.Both are govt employees.They live in joint family.Their father is handicapped.Which one of them can take rebate for handicapped.Is there any law regarding this?

Both can get the relief of medical expenditures incurred by them individually, subject to the allowed under the section 80D. For Relief u/s. 80DD either of you would be eligible.
