Benefit of appearing for cpt

It is beneficial to give CPT,becuas if you pass in first attempt while doing graduation, then you can immediately enroll for IPCC course. so while doing graduation you can also do your C.A.Course.  Also teh syllabyus for B.Com & C.A. is almost the same, so it is beneficial that way also.

Also your years get saved while doing CA & graduation simultaneoulsy and also you can complete your articleship.

If you are from commerce stream,you can skip CPT & go for IPCC coz in IPCC the syllabus is similar to graduation but the level is a bit high....so try to grasp all the concepts at B.com level..& try to study for your graduation from CA books [trust me-It will help you a lot]....If you are from streams other than commerce,than you should go for CPT first to gain basic knowledge about various subject & you will also get time to get ready for journey of being a CA.

No need to take coaching for all subjects,if you had maths in 10+2,then ok,otherwise take tutions of maths  only from a 10+2 level teacher & study ONLY from ICAI study material....I was a science student in 10+2,no coaching for CPT & 2 subject's coaching in  IPCC. and i m an average student.TRUST YOURSELF & TRY TO GO FOR SELF STUDY...Except for tax laws(IPCC & FINAL) & accounts (FINAL)
