Ben -2 applicability

Dear all,

A company has only natural persons as members, though some members, directly, have more than 10% shareholding individually. The names of all these members appear in the Register of members maintained by the company.

Would Form BEN-2 be still applicable for the company ?

Ben 2 is not applicable if all the members directly holding shares

If directors are holding shares in that case no other member will be there so if the legal hires of directors would be ditermind as beneficial owner for that company???
