Beer at work ???

Hi Friends !!!!

I have a question.. might sound wired .. but still i need your honest opinion ???

I am running creative designing agency .. and most of our work force is in late 20's - early 30's ..

I m thinking of allowing staff members to have BEER during working hours in office premises..  since i don't pay them huge $$$$$ .. this might give them a reason to cheer them up and also help them relax too ... I have also read a lot .. that beer do also increases efficiency ..

Is my decision professional ... ????  Am just trying to experiment .. just like Google .. which offers gym etc for its employee..

What say... ?????

Regards

Mahesh
