As we have witnessed yet another unjustified, one -sided decision of ICAI. I condemned this decision in hard words. I have seen a lot of my friends and Seniors are also against this. How can our Institute do this?

They can't increase the stipend amount. They do not have the machinery to control the working hours of the Articles. Everybody knows that every principal get his article worked for more than 6 hours in a day & pay the prescribed stipend. But our Institute does nothing. Instead of all this, now we are witnessing the unjustified behaviour of the Institute. Our Institute has just made us the cheapest labour in the country to exploit. This is worst scenario to work.

Come onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I urge all the members and Articles to come together to protest.

Plz come together for your own interest. If u still can't come, then it will still remain the horses for corses.

This is an exploitation of the articled assistant as all the CAs can take the work from their article above the working Hour as prescribed by our Institute.

Decide a Date for Protest in Delhi. I will come with u.

We should be united to save articles from such a hard rules. But i don't know how its possible.

I don't know what CA Uttam Prakash Aggarwal want to show by making such a hard rules.

I think the maximum as well minimum hour of work should be 35 hours in a week, and student must be provided transfer facility for limited time i.e. 2 time in 3.5 year

let there be a strike

no one would report to work

how can they do this .......is they wanna take work out of as regular workers then they should pay accordingly .

Raise Voice on Increased Stipend amount / allow flexibilty to students/ n CA also... We should also think abt CA too (who r provided such training they r our GURU).. All CAs are not same. Raise voice to modify such training Procedure so dat both students and CA (principal) enjoy..i.e. Try to give strict instruction to all coaching institutes to commence classes frm 6:30 to 9.30Am(In morning) nd in evening 5:30 onwards.. so that Student can attend office/ client place frm 10:00 to 5:00.. By doing this CA have no problem with This and CA's Must allow to do Coachings to their articles ...........As objective of ICAI with this course is Learn while Study( So Articleship+ coachings).....Not only Learn(Mean only articleship).& not only Study( mean Dummy)...............And wat wrong with Tranfer if any1 get better opportunity....( Try to make restriction like only 2-3 transfer allowed during whole training period)

I respect my Institute nd its Council , so requested to our President Pls listen our voices as we live in Democracy country.......Think abt both CAs And Students........Pls do modify in it.........
