Hi Aditya as per my view he can do one thing that he could take admisson in IGNOU university which is providing exemption to CA pass students for more details log on to : https://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=5721&c_id=315

and for getting B.com / M.Com degree he has to pass only 5 five subjects and rest other subjects will be exempted because there is a MOU between IGNOU & ICAI for more details click on the above links...

and for your kind information No University is providing degree without appearing and passing the exams. and one more thing there is 2 times exams in a year in IGNOU university in June and December.. so take admisson in IGNOU..

if they have passed the respective exams and still not received the degree than they need to contact IGNOU head quarter at Maidan Garhi New Delhi they will help.

IF ANY ONE NEEDS TO CANCEL HIS B.COM CAN HE DO SO?

Why would anyone want to cancel his degree??

BCZ INSTITUTE NOT PERMITTED TO  DO TWO COURSES AT SAME TIME  ALONG WITH CA ARTICLESHIP......

mene meri b.com b cancel kr di h..is saal meri b.com complete ho jati pr ab n hogi..or na hi article ship ka letter dete h....mje pta hi n chl rha h ki mera final ka attempt kab h..mene ipcc nov.12 me clear kari. final ka attemp me nov.15 man rha hu pr ab pta n kya hoga...

i have filled 112 not one time but even three times... my B.COM  and CS running simulteneously and institute doesnt permit this for this i had made the AFFIDAVIT  for cancelliation of B.COM bcoz my university not provide any such kind of letter but institute need letter so i had made the AFFIDAVIT and send it to the institute but still after passing of one year there is no reply no answer to me...now what to do frnds....
