basic understanding of legal deed and documents

Power Of Attorney -- as the name suggests it is a power . the legal owner of a property gives power to another person to deal with the given property in a manner which is penned down in the POA.

Lease Deed -- its an agreement between two persons in which one person allows another person for a consideration to use an immovable property in a particular manner for a particular period .

Affidavit -- its a statement which a person gives on oath before H'ble Court or Prescribe authority, in which he states some particular which are true and correct according to his best knowledge.if any particular turns out to be false , then person is liable for punishment.

the above is only a brief descripttion . in law these three documents are of grave importance .
