I have not found many points in cgst act. I have not ever read any act before gst. Is it neve to read notifications separately. kindly guide me how to read gst act.

Download background material on GST from ICAI publication under IDTC committee. Very good book with bare act with relevant rules and explanations

Idtc is one of the committee's of icai. Just search idtc icai publication on Google. You can download the bgm for free
