Bank po

There are two posts in a bank...Clerical and Officer....You can either be promoted from clerical to offier cadre or can directly be recruited as an officer...the directly recruited officers are called Probationary officers (PO) as they have an initial period of probation for 1 or 2 years....Now probationary officer can be appointed on any post having different degree of powers and they may be called as junior manager or assistant manager or by any other name.  (Although I havent heard of any post as Junior manager in PSU Bank's)
