can anyone get a bank loan for doing SAP from certified institute?

Let me share you.
I have also came across this question few weeks back.
No bank recognizes SAP as a fundamental course, hence they dont lend.
Although Institutes say that they will help, and they issue the formal letter also to the bank.
But bank dont acknowledge that.
