A bank employee opted for NEW tax regime.
While filing want to continue in old regime.
Can he ? or not?
Why I am asking is, on filling the ITR getting message that this saving was not mentioned in form 16 filed by the employer.

Yes, he can change to OLD Regime, while filing ITR.
