Statutory Branch Audits will be allotted through empanelment with ICAI.Check with ICAI.org for latest empanelmentspreferably from this month to Sept 2012..RBI will allot the Banks from such eligible list in the CA Empanelment. Branches will be allotted by the Bankers.Regarding assignments other than Statutory Branch Audits, like Revenure/Stock/Concurrent, you may directly apply for empanelment with Banks at their Head Office Audit/Inspection Departments or in some cases at Zonal/Regional Offices.Not at Branch level. Note: You can request them to include in the empanelment BUT do not solicit the work.( against professional ethics)
