Bank account validation issue

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses issues with GST bank account validation, where the portal shows validated but the CPC states it's pending with NPCI. Solutions offered include waiting, filing e-grievances, and a specific method of logging in via net banking to trigger validation. The thread also details the step-by-step process for validating bank accounts on the GST portal and troubleshooting common validation failures, such as PAN mismatches or invalid IFSC codes. It advises ensuring details precisely match bank records and contacting your ward officer if the issue persists.

Tips for Successful Validation
  • Ensure bank account is active and KYC updated with the bank.

  • The name, PAN, IFSC, and other details must precisely match those in bank records and the GST profile.

  • Wait if status is “Pending for Validation,” as the process may take time at the NPCI’s end.

These steps help ensure successful validation for GST refunds and compliance.
