Bank account prevalidated but CPC says PAN not linked

Hi All,

Bank account is prevalidated well in advance & Bank account is enabled for EVC.Even ITR is e-verified using EVC which is generated through bank account validation.

Intimation u/s 143(1) is received in August 2019.But not received tax refund for few months.Contacted CPC help desk, raised grievance but both say that PAN is not linked to bank account.

Again we have called CPC and said that PAN is already updated in bank account and prevalidation done from IT website.
So finally they accepted their mistake that there is technical issue.Not one issue but come across 5 to 8 persons same issue.


Any body has proper reason for this issue?

It's might be becoz of technical snag or system error at CPC. These are helpless situations ,
Well,

Mostly it is a technical issue.

But we may appreciate the IT dept for this facility on the other hand.If you validate bank account then only you get refund .Cheque mode of refund s discontinued..

First time new experiment..
