what happen if account mentioned in registration details is dormant or inactive. And we don't inform GST department?

Quick Summary
Make it active by visiting GST Dept and you may apply for cancellation of registration later if you want to discontinue GST registration due to lack of sales
Better to give new account or Activate the same ...
My Question is what action taken by the department in such situation ?

As per rule 10A, the newly registered taxpayer is required to furnish bank account details after receiving the certificate of registration in Form GST REG-06 and after receiving the GSTIN
If a taxpayer who is subject to the restrictions of Rule 10A fails to comply, his or her registration may be deactivated.
