Bangars idt case laws are different from those given in icai case law book..for may 2016 attempt.from where bangar has got those case laws..will institute prescribe some more case laws other than book given for may and nov 2016

Bangar idt case laws relevant or not?

Yes. Please remember that for May 2016, you will be studying new material of laws pertaining to Assessment Year 2016-17. ICAI will also release supplementary case studies both in direct and indirect taxes shortly, which will be relevant for May and November 2016 Examination.
Thus, if you have taken the latest Bangar material applicable for May 2016 examination, then go ahead. Later, once institute publishes its material on case laws, correlate both and any new case law appearing in material, study the same.

Thank you for reply..but i have already compared the bangar's case laws and institute case laws as institute has already updated their book for upcoming attempts for may and nov 16.case studies are different in both the books
