Balance Sheet for first Financial Year

Dear Experts,

One of my client opened a company on 23/02/2018 but the problem is how to fill the data in AOC-4 in P&L and BS given column

what is the right procedure

1. Previous year 23/02/2018 to 31/03/2018 and Current Year 01/04/2018 to 31/04/2019

2. Previous year blank and current year 23/02/2018 to 31/03/2019 

i have attached screen shoot please check and confirm me. is it right way to fill the form
