A company was converted into llp on 21.4.2020. The process for conversion started before 31.3.2020.
No doubt, ITR for fy 2019-20 will be filed.
But what about audit report, balance sheet signature and DIN. I mean due to lock down etc, balance sheet could not be signed and DIN was not generated.
Company ceased to exist since 21.4.2020.
Please help
Company may cease to exist but it had certain financial transactions in FY 2019-20 right.
So audited financials is no big deal, could not it be made and signed by CA in practise
