WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COMPANY IS NOT ABLE TO FINALISE THE BALANCE SHEET BEFORE 30TH SEPTEMBER,AND THE AUDITOR SIGNS THE BALANCE SHEET AFTER 30TH SEPTEMBER, THEN IT CAN NOT HELD ITS AGM IN DUE DATE

WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES

Nothing yar. The company should file the ROC belatedly and it should give statement of reasons for belated filing. Some penalty / interest is also there i guess. Thats all
