Balance sheet & p&l account as per itr-4

Dear experts,

I want to prepare Balancesheet and Profit & Loss account as per mention in ITR-4 return as in attached format.

The details is as follows.

Professional Income 20000pm, Total 240000

TDS deduct Rs.2000pm, Total 24000

Net Amt received in Bank of FY Rs.216000

Other income of Bank interest for FY is Rs.8000

I want to refund TDS amount, kindly help me to fillup BS and P&L

i will suggest you that instead of filling complete b.s. nd p&l, you should fill "no account case" section. in that you can easily fill your detail without any complication.

Thanks to reply but Income is more than Rs.120000 so I have to maintain account as per rule so please help me to fillup B.S. and P&L
