Plz raise you qn in detail.., The Audit slab depends upon the following factors.

Firm ........ Proprietor Concern / Partnership Firm ?

Proprietor .... Male / Female ?

Trade .....Business / Profession ?

Business...... Hiring Lorry 44AE /  Contracts 44AD / Trading 44AF

and  Turnover,  Assessment Year etc. ... ask your qn with complete details any one can answer ..gud luck

Mohan is correct. Actually Audit Slab depends on many factors which are mentioned by Mohan.....
