will alternate attempt take place for those who opt out?

No it's not possible to conduct alternate attempt before Nov. there is a word added in order if you have seen back up exam when situation is conducive. so ICAI will say situation doesn't seems to be conducive before Nov if at any point SC will question ICAI then else they are not in a mood to do so.
