how to reverse b2c /cash sales in gstr 1 ?

Since we report b2c sales in bulk, you can directly reverse the sales by reducing in next month GSTR1

So can I show as a negative figure, if I don't have any cash sales in subsequent months?

No, Negative figures can't accept the return.
So, wait and show it when You make cash sales...
