I passed B.Com 1st year from School of Open Learning, Delhi University. But till now I don't received my marksheet due to our Indian Post and 18th December is the last date of admission in 2nd year, afterthat there is late fee charges. When I asked in campus they told "Please Wait"!!!!!
Is there any remedy available with me?????

you should get duplicate marksheet from D.U. Their is no other option. I faced it too 2 Yrs. back. You can get form for duplicate marksheet from correspondence college, fill it and get it stamped from their. After that you can deposit the form in Delhi University office alongwith requisite fees.
As regard to admission form, you will have to deposit late fees as you will not be able to deposit the form as their will be a looooong que. you can get the form for admission from college by giving them your roll no. and tregistration no. to them. After that either you submit the form at window or send it by post.
No, its not your mistake. But what else can you do.
