I have done b.com(1st & 2nd year), frm SOL delhi, now i had to shift to kolkata is it possible to take admission in IGNOU directly to 3rd year, if yes what is the proceedure????

No it is better to complete B.com from DU than doing from IGNOU.Otherwise again 3 years and less value than regular B.com
