If ITR is filed for 21-22 and if it is not processed then revised under 139 5 you get a refund and if processed and received intimation under 143 1 request rectification under section 154, if rectification accepted you get defund. 139(5) can be filed if not processed, you have time till 31/12/2021

By mistake you deposited amount in 21 22 , now revise you itr 21 22 whether you got 143 1 or not, if not proceed revise it, if you got intimation 143 1 revise it, no problem , even you can submit rectification when tab available. You will get refund may take time.
You can pay advance tax for22 23 again
