Hi Friends,
We have refund in AY 2017-18, I missed to file return now how to file return for that ay .please help.Tell the procedure.

Visit income tax office and file condonation for delay and you can file past ITRs there after

E verification can be done from outside.
The procedures are simple.But complicated cases has to be dealt directly with income tax office.

Login to IT Potal and check the services menu , the condonation is for ITR filed but verification not done..Delay for e verification only it will be applicable

Person not filed return for the A.Y 2021-22 (F.Y 2020-21) and there is refund in that year then how can be availed it ?

There is some way to get refund even without filing condonation of reply depending on your source of income.

Deadline is over . So either ITR has to be filed mannually or need to get notice under 148A etc .

Else one must approval to file u/s 119(2)(b)

There are no other options
