Regarding the CA course conversion from the old to the new scheme, here’s the usual process:

• If you cleared any group under the old scheme (like you cleared one group in Nov 2022), you generally get automatically converted to the new scheme for the remaining subjects.

• You don’t need to re-register separately for the new scheme if you have passed any paper already. The Institute usually migrates your record automatically.

• You should be eligible to appear for the remaining papers as per the new syllabus (like Audit, Ethics, FM, SM).

However, it’s always good to:

• Confirm your registration status on the ICAI student portal.
