Auto-population failed on 9th Jan 2025 and showing error in auto-population?

Take printout of the e invoice with irn and acknowledgement.

Type manually in gstr1.

May be technical error.

Thanks Sir, there will be no mistake in manual loading, right? Do I have to upload it with IRN? Out of 785 invoices, 509 invoices are showing but 276 invoices are not showing. Which was uploaded on 8th January. Can the rest of the invoices be loaded through CSV? The first 509 invoices will not be deleted.

No other way.before typing manually raise grievance in portal.may be error between e invoice portal and GSTN and mistake not yours.

If auto-population of IRN in GSTR-1 failed, follow these steps:

1. Download JSON from the e-Invoice portal:

   • Log in to the e-Invoice portal and download the JSON file for your IRNs.

2. Manually upload to GSTR-1:

   • Go to the GST portal, select the Returns Dashboard, and open GSTR-1 for the relevant period.
   • Use the "Upload E-Invoice JSON" option to manually upload the JSON file.

3. Verify and submit:

   • Check if the invoices are updated correctly in GSTR-1. Amend or add details manually if needed.
   • Submit and file the return.
