Hi, is there any specific format of the authority letter which enable a person to attend the Dy. Commissioner of Income Tax on behalf of Assessee.
If yes, then please forward me the format /model of it.

I don't think that there will be any format for such.
Just make a detailed letter with clear cut intentions.
Also don't forget to present the reasonable consent of the Client to AO
