Dear Sir,
we wish to increse the authorised share capital of our company from 5,00,000.00 to 50,00,000.00
what are the various fees like ROC fees,Stamp duties for the same.
The company is regd with Mumbai ROC.

My understanding is that ROC fees will be @ rs.200/10000 of increased capital beyond 5lakhs till 50Lakhs.
that is for 45lakhs, 200X450=90000/-
please confirm it is correct.
