RESPECTED EXPERTS,

ARE BELOW MENTIONED SERVICES OF AUTHORISED DEALER OF TWO WHEELERS LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF SERVICE TAX FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 2009-10 TO 2012-13?

1.CORPORATE WARRANTIES COMMISSION INCOME

2.AH COMMISSION INCOME

3.DOCUMENTATION CHARGES RECEIVED

4.INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION CHARGES RECEIVED

5.RTO HANDLING CHARGES.

Yes, they would be liable for service tax as all services other than that mentioned in Nevgative list is taxable.
