what is the meaning of authorised capital in detail in the company

authorised capital means the max. amt. of share capital that can be raised by a company without specific permission from MCA. as you know every co. is fixed by its share cap. and it can raise max. share cap. only upto the amt. authorised by ROC. however this limit can be increased from time to time depending upon the need of company.
