Auditors certificate to be submitted with dpt-4

Herewith I'm Enclosing the Certificate Format

I also want format of certificate which is to be attached to Form DPT-4.

 THe file you have uploaded is format of Auditors certificated for Form DPT-3 under rule 16 of Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014. I have doubt that whether same format is applicable for certificate in relation to form DPT 4 under rule 20? Please confirm.

Format for Auditors' CERTIFICATE FOR DPT - 4 

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that M/S ABC INDIA LIMITED, having CIN No. U111111111111111 has accepted *deposits from relatives of the directors of the company and associate firm. Total deposits outstanding as on 1st April, 2014 amounts to Rs.__________/- received from ______ Depositors. Details of the party wise deposits are enclosed in Annexure -1.

We further certify that, as explained to us by the management, these deposits do not bear any maturity date. We were further explained that no interest is payable on the Deposits as indicated in the said Annexure.

Pls share sample Auditors Certificate that needs to be submitted with DPT-3 For Every company to which the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014 apply, shall on or before the 30th day of June, of every year, file a return of deposit with the Registrar and furnish the information contained therein as on the 31st day of March of that year duly audited by the auditor of the company. as required under rule 16 of companies(Acceptance of deposits)rules,2014.
