Auditors Appointment

you need visit mca.gov.in
click on the Mca services tab then, on the upper right side click on view public documents then select company or LLP as required enter name and submit
you will see a screen stating year and categeory of forms, then select the year or other eforms in the categeory of forms, where you will get the information regarding the date of filing of auditor appointment form

check annual filling status where you will get the challan of adt-1 and if you want to see the froma and every detail of the auditor then view public document is the option where you can get the form and attachment.
