hello all,
i was appointed as an auditor of company. and i successfully completed tax audit and company audit before time and filled income tax returns,. but due to some miscommunication with clients one other auditor filled roc returns and attached his audit report without my knowledge. can he do so????
what is the procedure of removal of auditor and what right i have as i unable to recover my fees? can any auditor other then who is appointed in AGM audit the accounts?????

Without approval of first auditor, your client does not have right to do so. If he does without your consent you, as auditor can file complaint with ROC.
Dear Sir
First, I want to know " have you communicated with the previous auditor before appointment?"
Secondly, have you mentioned charges for your services?

hello all, considering that you want to remove auditor before expiry of his term. Approval from CG - Form ADT2 within 30 days from resolution at BM Attach form GNL2 Pass a resolution in board as well as special resolution in general meeting, get it signed by minimum 2 directors. Here a point to note that you have to conduct EGM within 60 days from Govt approval. A letter by previous CA for the proof of reason to be heard
