Auditor's signature

Stat Audit 233 views 4 replies

An Auditor has signed along with his stamp, the balance sheet, Income Expenditure, Cash Balance Certificate, Receipt and Payments account of a Cooperative Society. None of these documents are signed by the President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Society but still the CA Auditor has signed it and that too without any date of signing. Is it as per law and Auditing standard ?
