Auditor resignation

hi every one,

I have been appointed as auditor of the company for the FY 2015. accordingly I have made the necessary compliance. however, after that no balance sheet of the company has been prepared neither I filed my resignation. now, I want to file my resignation. what are the consequences for the same

Whether the Company filed the balance sheet signed by you or not?

Since you have filed the ADT 1 for the fy 2015 only you have automatically vacated your office as auditor of that company. No further compliance is required.
