Can a Chartered Accountant be the Auditor and Liquidator of the Same company at the same time.

No.

 

Keeping in view the provisions of Independence of Statutory Auditor the same would not be possible.

No the auditor of the company cannot be the liquidator of the company due to indepence problem.
